I bought this product as a Christmas present for each of my parents and I have to say I am most impressed. I loaded them up with photo's last night, and it was so simple. It really is plug and play. The software opens automatically and it gives you a preview of the photo you want to add with a box that you can move around to crop the picture in the best place. When you've added all the photo's you click download and it syncs with your keyring. The battery also charges when connected via USB which is great.
With regards to photo quality the little screen displays them pretty well. In my opinon close up shots looked much better than group shots or generally busier photos but you could still see most of the detail in group/busy shots.
I am confident that my parents will be able to continue updating these for themselves after I have given them to them. I think I might even order myself one after Christmas!

This is a good product and for the price you can't go wrong. It is easy to use. I have a mac running osx 10.5, and it was a breeze to connect it to the mac, and get pictures on. I love it. Fantastic product. Great price.
